Limit the 3 S’s:

- STRESS eating

- SOCIAL eating


- Over-SCHEDULING


  • Engage in physical activity.

  • Choose foods that taste good to maximize enjoyment.

  • Keep low-calorie foods and snacks on hand.

  • Get plenty of sleep! Plan time for resting, relaxing, meditating.
